Q: What time is check-in and check-out?

Check in from 3pm to 6pm if earlier bags can be stored

Check out: 9.30am

Q: Can I have a late check-out?

By prior arrangement and charges may apply per half day or part thereof

Q: Are there charges for using a credit card?

Use of credit cards attracts a 1.5% fee payable by the guest

Q: Do you require a security bond upon check-in?

Not if you provide own credit card details

Q: Is there a cancellation policy?


Low Season:

Cancellation 15 days prior to arrival date – free; otherwise $200 or 25% of booking fee which ever is the greater.

High Season/Events: (including Commonwealth Games)

Cancellation 22 days prior to arrival date – free; otherwise $500 or 50% of booking which ever is the greater.

Cancellation attracts a processing fee of $50, refunds are processed at the end of each month

Q. Are meals provided?

No Barbados Apartments are self-catering. However, there are in room drinks and snacks for purchase

Q: Is there Internet or WiFi access available?

Yes ‘hot spots’ are located adjacent to apartments and usage fees apply

Q: How often are the apartments serviced?

They are serviced weekly with fresh linen and fresh towels

Q: Is all linen provided?

Yes apartments are presented ‘hotel style’ with all beds etc. laid fresh

Q: Is the swimming pool heated?

The pool is not heated, however, with seasonal sun temperature is similar to a heated pool

Q: What facilities do you have?

Pool/jet pool/waterfall, BBQ cabana, poolside change room, shower and toilet

Yes, secure basement or for tall vehicles, in the forecourt
